Do you need floor plans straight away?

No. Start with the site type, approximate size, priority areas and any existing system. If plans would help later, we will agree a secure way to share them.

Will this be a full CAD or tender design?

The free offer is an initial system concept and practical next-step recommendation. Detailed CAD, consultant-grade specifications, intrusive surveys and tender packages are separately scoped where required.

Can the design cover several sites?

Yes. We can start with a representative site or estate standard, then define how surveys, exceptions, rollout reporting and support should work across the wider programme.
