Who is responsible for your information
A.D. SYSTEMS (UK) LTD is responsible for personal information received in connection with its website enquiries. We are registered in England and Wales under company number 06643776. Our registered office is Bomber Command, Unit 14 Squires Gate Business Park, Squires Gate Lane, Blackpool, England, FY4 3RN.
For privacy questions or requests, email sales@ads-europe.co.uk or write to our registered office.
Information you provide
When you contact us, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, telephone number, site postcode and details of your enquiry or proposed project. Please only provide information needed to discuss your request. Do not send passwords, access codes or sensitive security drawings through an initial enquiry.
The contact and free-design forms currently prepare a message in your email application. Entering details into these forms does not send them to AD Systems. We receive the message only when you send it. Your email provider also processes the message under its own terms.
Why we use information
We use enquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, arrange discussions or surveys and prepare proposals. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we rely on that pre-contractual purpose. For enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business requests and managing business relationships.
Information needed to meet a legal obligation is handled on that basis. Contacting us does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Technical information and browser storage
Delivering a website involves processing connection information such as an IP address, requested page and browser information. Hosting providers may process technical logs for operation, troubleshooting and security. The private review site's access controls are operated by the hosting platform under its own privacy information.
The website does not use analytics or advertising tracking. Our essential browser preference is explained in the cookie policy. We do not use the enquiry forms to make automated decisions about you.
Who may receive information
Enquiries are handled by the people who need them to respond and manage the request. Email, IT and hosting providers may process information in supplying their services. Information may also need to be shared with professional advisers or public authorities where legally required. We do not sell enquiry information or provide it to other organisations for their own marketing.
How long information is kept
Enquiry information should be retained only for as long as it is needed to handle the request, any resulting project and relevant record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on whether the enquiry leads to a contract, continuing correspondence or a matter that must be retained for legal reasons. You can ask us about the retention period applicable to your information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access your personal information, correct it, erase it, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Providing enquiry details is voluntary, although we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal without the relevant contact and project information.
Contact us using the details above to exercise your rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
