Digital signage

Displays and menu boards that make information clearer and customer spaces more engaging.

Designed around the outcome

We install digital signage that helps organisations communicate, promote and update content across individual venues or larger estates. The result is a cleaner customer experience with less friction for your team.

Faster updates

Change pricing, availability, promotions and messages without replacing printed materials.

Clearer communication

Present useful information to customers and staff in a consistent, easy-to-follow format.

Remote management

Compatible platforms can update content across one or many sites from a central location.

A stronger experience

Well-positioned displays can simplify ordering, guide choices and keep venues looking current.

Common questions

Clear answers before the survey.

Every site is different, but these are useful starting points when planning digital signage.

Can digital signage be managed across multiple locations?

Yes. Compatible content platforms can publish centrally across an estate while allowing controlled local content where needed. Roles, connectivity and an approval process should be agreed first.

Does AD Systems create the screen content?

Our core role is the site survey, displays, mounting, power, data and physical integration. Content creation and platform ownership are confirmed with the client or their selected technology provider as part of the scope.

Can signage be installed outside normal trading hours?

Yes, subject to access and programme requirements. We regularly plan work around live retail and hospitality environments to limit disruption and leave each area ready for use.

The detail that matters

More than mounting a screen on a wall.

Effective digital signage depends on the display, mounting position, sight lines, network and power as well as the content platform behind it. AD Systems plans and installs the physical solution so that it fits the space and can be managed reliably.

For retail and hospitality operators, digital menu boards can make pricing and availability easier to update, highlight selected products and help customers understand their options. Other uses include promotional displays, wayfinding, customer information and internal communications.

Where remote content management is part of the chosen platform, teams can update material without visiting every display. This is especially useful for multi-site organisations that need consistency while still allowing authorised local changes.

Our team can coordinate displays, brackets, cabling, connectivity and integration with the selected content system, giving clients one point of responsibility for the installation.

A useful first conversation

What we’ll establish before recommending a system.

These questions help turn an initial requirement into a practical scope for the site, its users and its budget.

  • Who will create, approve and update the content?
  • What must customers be able to read and from where?
  • Does each site need local control or central management?
  • What power, network and mounting constraints exist?
