The AD Systems engineering team and vehicle fleet

Nationwide project delivery

One rollout standard, adapted properly to every site.

Survey, scheduling, installation, evidence and aftercare for security, infrastructure and customer technology across UK estates.

An experienced in-house team for live sites and phased national programmes

Multi-site capability

A nationwide programme needs repeatable standards without pretending every site is identical.

AD Systems coordinates CCTV, access control, structured cabling, ANPR, digital signage, POS and self-service technology across geographically dispersed estates. We help define the common standard, identify site exceptions early and keep delivery evidence useful to the client team.

Our engineers are experienced in live retail, hospitality, commercial, education and public-sector environments where access, trading hours, safety, customer experience and other contractors all affect the programme.

Programme control

The parts of a rollout that protect pace and quality.

Good programme management makes decisions visible, protects the installation standard and gives both teams a clear route when a site differs from the plan.

Estate standard

Define what should be consistent.

Agree drawings, equipment, cabling, labels, configuration, testing, photographs and handover evidence before volume delivery begins.

Site readiness

Find constraints before the install date.

Surveys or structured site checks identify power, data, mounting, access, asbestos information, operating hours and remedial work.

Exceptions

Manage variation without losing control.

Unexpected conditions are recorded, priced and approved through an agreed route instead of becoming untracked changes on site.

Handover

Leave evidence the client can use.

Completion status, test results, asset information, photographs, outstanding actions and support routes remain visible after each visit.

A controlled delivery route

From representative site to repeatable deployment.

The exact route depends on estate size and risk, but each stage should reduce uncertainty before the next volume commitment.

Discover

Scope and representative surveys

Confirm the business outcome, systems, stakeholders, site types, dependencies and the information needed from each location.

Prove

Pilot and refine the standard

Use an appropriate site to validate equipment, working methods, time assumptions, evidence and the operational handover.

Deploy

Roll out, report and support

Schedule controlled batches, report progress and exceptions, close outstanding actions and retain an aftercare route.

Before equipment reaches site

Agree what can be prepared and tested in advance.

Pre-configuration can reduce work in live premises, but the preparation scope needs to match the platform and the site's network and security requirements.

Include these questions in the pilot plan so each deployment starts from an agreed baseline.

  • Which components will be bench-tested together?
  • Which firmware and configuration baseline has been validated?
  • How will devices be labelled against the site schedule?
  • How will credentials be created and handed over securely?
  • What happens if a component fails or the site differs from the survey?
  • Which commissioning results and outstanding actions will the client receive?

Common rollout questions

Practical answers for multi-site teams.

We can join at survey, pilot, installation, upgrade or support stage, provided responsibilities and existing decisions are made clear.

Can AD Systems survey and install across the whole UK?

Yes. We support single sites and coordinated multi-site programmes across the UK, with scope, access, scheduling, evidence and exception handling agreed before rollout.

Can you deliver work while sites remain open?

Yes, where the task and safety controls allow it. Work can be planned around trading, production, teaching or public access, including phased and out-of-hours activity when appropriate.

How do you keep installations consistent across different sites?

We use a clear estate standard, representative surveys or pilots, site packs, installation evidence, exception reporting and controlled handover. Variations are recorded rather than improvised and forgotten.

Can one rollout include CCTV, access control, cabling and customer technology?

Yes. Connected workstreams can be coordinated under one delivery plan, reducing gaps between cabling, security, display, kiosk and support responsibilities.

Plan the next programme

Need a nationwide delivery partner who stays close to the detail?

Tell us about the estate, workstreams, intended programme and current blockers. We’ll help define a useful next conversation.
